Nikon AF-S DX Nikkor 10-24mm f/3.5-4.5G ED?

Is this lens compatible with a Nikon D80? I'm getting fed up with looking on t'internet. I think the answer's 'yes' but want to make sure.

Thankfully for you I don't need to look it up as I know how to read Nikon lens abrreviations. Simply yes.
AF-S means AF with silent wave motor
DX means APS-C sensors
G means G-type no aperture ring.
ED means extra low dispersion glass.

A Nikon D80 can use virtually any Nikon lens made in the last 10-20 years. It has an internal focus motor that allows it to auto-focus with lenses that lack an internal focus motor. So lens is a non-issue with the D80. Go nuts. I do.

Nikon AF camera, nikon AF lens. Yes, I can see why you would be confused or unsure.
Of course it's compatible!

Yes - Nikon AF-S lenses have an autofocus motor in them anyway, but your D80 has a focus motor in the body, so it'll take any Nikon AF or AF-S lens and will autofocus with it.
