Looking to upgrade to a canon t3i?
Looking to upgrade to a canon t3i DSLR, I have a Nikon d3000, with the lens… My question is… If I use my current Nikon lens with the Canon t3i (using a lens adaptor) will I get the image quality expected out of the canon?
I have the basic 18-55mm and 55-200mm Nikon lens
The cost of switching from Nikon to Canon will cost you more than you think, since you have to replace the lenses you have with Canon lenses.
Have you looked at the Nikon D3200? Its sensor out performs the T3i by quite a bit and the "upgrade" from the D3000 the T3i/600D is only marginal.
No adapting. Your best bet, if you switch brands, is to buy your t3i with the 18-55 and expand from there.
