Just got a Nikon D 7000, How do I watch my videos on the camera?

The users manual isn't helping. How do I playback video on the Nikon D7000? What buttons do i press? I'm lost!

One way would be to connect the camera to a television using the video connector. (Pg 237 of your user manual)

To view them on your camera, look on page 62

I take it you are NOT using your cameras user manual but are depending upon the "try and fail" method
