No, the D7000 is a DX format sensor. DX is basically Nikon's terminology or a non-fullframe sensor. The D7000 still is amazing, and has some of the best color out of all the DSLR's available today. I recommend it!

If you look on the Nikon website, you will see which of the Nikon dSLR's have full frame sensors. At present, the Nikon D700 ans soon the D800 and Nikon D3, D3s, D3X and soon the D4 are the full frame sensors
