Is the $200 dollars worth it?

I'm looking for a new camera and came across the Nikon D3000 and the D3100 there's a $200 difference but what I would like to find out is if there's a difference in between the cameras that is important and worth $200.

Study the Nikon website and download both user manuals.
Make a list to clearly show the differences, it will help you to make up your mind.

What may be worth $200 to one person, may NOT be worth anything to another.
