Is Cowboy Studio Triggers compatible with the Nikon SB700?

"Compatible with the Nikon SB700? Are the CowboyStudio NPT-04, 4 Channel Wireless Hot Shoe Flash Trigger Receivers compatible with the Nikon SB700 speedlight?"
Added (1). I have a Nikon d5000 camera body

They are, but why aren't you using the built-in Nikon Creative Lighting system?
Nikon Cameras have a built-in flash "Commander Mode"

Not used them personally (I use RF602's) but all triggers are a standard fit to hotshoe/flash foot.
edit: fhotoace is only partly right - not all Nikon cameras have built in flashes that can act as commanders in the Nikon CLS system - specifically the D3000, D3100, D3200, D5000, D5100, D5200 do NOT have this ability.
If you have a D7000 or higher spec camera, then you can use the built in flash as commander.
