Is a Canon Rebel Xsi a good camera?
I found a Canon Rebel Xsi for real cheap and was wondeirng if its any good? I'm new to photography and was been wanting a nikon d3100 to get into it but don't have the money for it.
i will be using it to practice and take pictures of outdoors and things of that sort.
can anyone chime in about the specs on this camera?
Added (1). Ok, i'm getting it for 300 dollars, is it a good buy?
Http://www.dpreview.com for specs & user reviews. A camera is only as good as the eye behind it.
All of the Canon and Nikon dSLRs are good cameras. There's a question, since it is older, if it is worth the money for the features, but as long as it works, it will produce high quality images. Buying in cheap also leaves you with more money to invest in lenses, which you can use on an upgraded body down the line, as long as you stay with the Canon family.
Yes, it is a good camera. Especially to start you out on.
The only pinch it has is an ISO limit of 1600. Does that HURT? Maybe. You will need flash indoors for most applications. Not really a big deal. If it is cheap just make sure it's legit and you check the camera out before buying.
The Canon Rebel Xsi Is truly an exceptional camera!
However it's way to advanced for the Googlely challenged.
