Information about Nikon D7000?
Can anyone give me information on the Nikon D7000. Pros and cons? Is it a good camera? I'm a beginner but I want a camera that my ability won't go over the camera. Is this a good camera that I could eventually do professional quality shots with? Obviously after many, many months of practice and learning how to do better photography.
That is a good question.
I tried to search the answer for you at several places and asked few friends.
I have some answers some are short, some partially right, and some are most irrelevant.
There's not an answer that will totally satisfy you.
One of my friend mentioned about trying wish123 where she said you might find an answer at.
I'm not sure about that also. So I will leave it for you. Sorry couldn't help you more.
wish you have a good luck.

The D7000 is an excellent DSLR. Watch this video to learn more:

Of course, as with any new camera you'll need to also spend time to seriously read & study the Owner's Manual that comes with the camera.
This is a good site to learn the basics of photography:

I use the D7000 for professional work. It's an excellent camera and has never failed me. You just have to know what you're doing. Just because you have a good camera doesn't mean your pictures are going to be great.
I've owned my D7000 for about a year. I shoot a lot of Architectural photography for Realtors, as well as Senior Portraits and Weddings.
The low light capability of the D7000 is remarkable; I shot a concert at ISO 6400 and got great results. I have shot many weddings at ISO 1600 with no problems.
It also has 2 card slots, so you can back up your shots.
I use the D7000 as a back up for pro work. It is a very, very good camera. You will not out grow it anytime soon and it is also a great camera for you to use to learn.
Fine camera… Cons… Hmm… I find it a bit on the small side physically but that could be because I'm used to bigger nikons. It's metering is subtly different from previous generations
Pros… Useful upto iso 3200, 6400 is still pretty decent. Boatloads of dynamic range. Good video.
Fine camera, slap a 16-85 on it and you got a beauty of a combination
