Why do you want to remove the lens? Ask your dad first. If you remove the lens incorrectly you can damage the lens or the camera. You will also expose the internals of the camera and the sensor can be damaged.

Don't touch the camera! If you want to learn about it, ask your dad to teach you.

EDIT: I see. There's a black button in the front just under D80 logo. Press this while turning your lens counterclockwise and pull gently. To put the new lens on, line up the white dots on your lens and on the camera, and gently insert the lens and twist clockwise to gently lock the lens on the camera.

Hold the camera body firmly with the lens pointed towards you. Hold the lens with your left hand, with your right hand, hold the body and use your thumb to press down on the small black lens release button (it's in about the 3 o'clock position if you were looking at a clock).

With the button pressed down (keep your thumb there), grip the lens & turn it clockwise. The mount is a bayonet mount - the lens will disengage after a short turn (when the dot lines up with the dot on the camera body).

To mount the new lens, line up the dots (lens & body) & turn it anticlockwise until it clicks (no need to press the black button).

Have someone show you how to do this IN PERSON. Once you do this a few times you will know how to do it for almost every SLR camera ever made with a few rare and unusual (i.e., older) exceptions. It isn't difficult or complicated but to make sure you don't damage the camera or lens have someone show this to you IN PERSON - its better that way.
