How to take a freeze frame from a video on the Nikon D3100?

Question in the title really, how do i take a screenshot of one of my videos actually ON my Nikon?

I really don't think you can, but just import the video clip into almost any editing program and just make the freeze frame there. I do it in Final Cut Pro all the time. I think you can even do it with iMovie or windows movie maker.
