How to find people to make Youtube videos for?

I have a Nikon D7000 and I would like to team up with someone fun and talented who wants to make videos. I don't want to be paid for this until the videos get big and start making money. Where can I find talented people?

Find them on youtube. You have to discover them. You need to go ask them. Risky business.
