How to clean Camera Lenses? - 1

What does everyone clean their DSLR camera lenses with? Is there a certain cloth or cleaning solution? Where can I buy lenses cleaning stuff?

PS. I have a Nikon D3000

Most of us only clean a lens once and then place a UV filter over it to protect it from sticky fingers or blunt force trauma

It is important to clean the lens as little as possible, since each cleaning, no matter how gentle, rubs the special lens coatings and can eventually damage them
