Press the button marked "i" bottom left of your camera so there's a highlight bar. Use the direction buttons situated around the "OK" button to highlight the ISO menu and press OK. Use the UP/Down direction buttons to highlight the ISO you want to use and press OK.
NOTE. If you are having problems in that you are selecting an ISO but, the camera is over-riding your ISO settings then you probably have the ISO sensitivity auto control switched on.
To switch it off press the Menu button scroll down to "Shooting Menu" press the "right directional" button then scroll down to ISO sensitivity settings and press "OK." Press "Right directional" button and scroll down to ISO sensitivity auto control. Press "Right directional" button and highlight "Off" then press "OK."
The manual will probably tell you to press the ISO button…
