How to use the video setting on a nikon d3000 camera?

I know pretty much everything about the camera i just can't, for the life of me find out how to get on to the video setting can you help.

You're having a problem because this camera doesn't do video… It's a still camera.

The Nikon D3000 does not have live view, and it does not do video. The D3000 is the most recent DSLR, and possibly the last ever, to lack live view and video. The D3100 has those.
