How to set the exposure compensation on my nikon D60?
I'm having problems with the whites in my pictures staying crisp white when they are taken outside on a sunny day. They have a slight bluish tint to them.
Bluish tint is NOT caused by exposure.
If you were overexposing the whites would have no detail
If you were underexposing the whites would be gray
What the problem is, is your white balance is not set for sun when shooting outdoors
My guess is that you have been using your camera with the white balance set for "auto" which is always a compromise. Just get into the habit of setting your white balance to match the lighting and your images will stop exhibiting colour shifts

- If I set up a Nikon d5 and a d7100 next to each other both on the same Iso, and exposure and so on. Would the d5 be more exposure?
