How to make a video/short film with a Nikon d3100?

Which programs are good for editing and effects? I have a pc that runs on windows 7. Also how can I add my logo, title and credits in the film? I would appreciate any help.

2. Sony's Vegas Pro
3. Adobe Premier

First you can't make a film at all with this camera - it's digital or hadn't you noticed? It doesn't use film.
