How can i do light graffiti with nikon d5000 using a remote?

All you need to do is go on manual setting and move the dial on the camera to the left. This will slow down the shutter speed and you can move your lights in whatever desired direction you want. The more you move the dial to the left, the slower it will be therefore you have more time if you're "painting" something more complicated.
