Finding this Nikon d7000 feature?

Hi. Can someone tell me how to access the mode where you get to choose from sport shots, night-time pics, food shooting and a bunch of others. Can't seem to remember from a course I took.

And while we r on the subject, I haven't been able to find a website with a really simple beginner to intermediate guid on camera features and usage, so if you've got one, let me know.

Put your main selector dial to SCENE mode.

Then use the rear command dial to scroll through all of the modes; night-time, sports, food, and so on. They should show up on your monitor as you scroll through them.
