The Nikon D3000 has no video feature. The two Nikon entry level dSLR's that do are the D3100 (newest with Full HD video (1080p) and the D5000 with HD video (720p)

No. The Nikon D5000 offers video as does the replacement for the D3000, the Nikon D3100.
