Does d3100 do color accent?

Can I do color accent on the Nikon d3100?

Features like "colour accent" are attributes of P&S cameras, cameras used by people who do not have or want to use a photo program to create "artsy" images.

dSLR cameras like the D3100 are fully adjustable cameras, cameras that are fully capable of producing marketable images and are used as such. Any creative "retouching" is done in post.

There are some limited in-camera retouching features on some dSLR's. On page 151 of your user manual lists those options. The D3100 has 12 different options.

You are kidding aren't you? Come on… Think about it. Dslr cameras are intended for serious photography, not junky, cheesy effects but real photography. If you don't understand that then I'd suggest you buy a cheap, pocket toy point and shoot to get this cheesy kind of stuff.
