Is it possible for me to change my nikon lens on my d5000 to a diana 20mm lens?

Added (1). Would you all just chill out, although my camera is expensive it doesn't actually provide everything now does it!

If there's an adapter for LOMO lens to Nikon Camera, sure.

What are you trying to do? Get a lot of colour aberrations with the plastic lens?

Remember that the LOMO lens only has two apertures and you will have to use an off camera light meter.

I'd hope not. But of course you want your $600 top of the entry level cameras to look like a $30 film toy camera.

Lens baby makes a plastic lens just for people like you.

I'm pretty sure there are people who make Lomo lenses with SLR mounts. It's obvious that the lens has to be taken from a donor camera, so if you were planning to do this at home it would mean destroying your lomo.

Yes, because you can buy an adapter for $10 - see link.

But look at the review which suggests that it is not a secure fitting. Epoxy might be needed if the duct tape doesn't work (you get the idea).

As other answers have hinted, you will not get much automation help from the Nikon body - no metering, and of course no AF.
