Color bar on RAW photographs?

I just shot some photos on the RAW file format, and on every photo there's a pink color bar on the top side of the photo. Is this normal? And how do I prevent it from happening again?
I use a Nikon D3100.

Examples are everything. If your jpg's are fine then it's not the camera. Could be a bad memory card, could b ebad software.
