Capture better audio with my Nikon D5100?

I need a small wireless mic that can work with my Nikon D5100, any thoughts will help.

The D5100 has a standard 3.5 mm audio jack.

Any wireless microphone system with a 3.5 mm jack will work.

Where some people make a mistake is that they do not look at the size jack that comes with microphones. 1/4 inch jacks will NOT work with your camera.
