Canon lenses on Nikon camera?

I have a Canon T70 (film) and a load of lenses but I've recently purchased a Nikon D60 and I only have my standard lens, so I was wondering if there was an adaptor or something I could use so I don't have to buy loads of new lens for my Nikon too?

No, sorry, they don't make an adapter for that.
Back in the days when lenses were simpler, they did make some adapters to use some different lenses on some different cameras, but nowadays, with all the auto-focus and auto-exposure stuff going on, they don't make them any more, sorry.

YES YOU CAN US AN ADAPTOR THAT WILLCONVERT THE CANON TO A NIKON FIT, YOU CAN BUY THEM ON E BAYa and you can get cheep lenses on e bay to called m42 screw fit, just get an adaptor… Regards Pete

Never listen to anyone who answers in all caps… I don't think you can. You're talking about old Canon film lens on a newer Nikon digital body. Not a good idea.
Why not buy a 28-200mm Nikon? That covers a wide range that most of us need.

It is not recommended… I tried but had problems.

There's no adapter from Canon FD to Nikon F. You can go the other way, there are a few of those still out there, but there has never been a Canon to Nikon adapter than I'm aware of.
Paying for new lenses is not a fun thing to do, but in this case, it will be the best thing to do.

In any practical way or form no. No adapter has been made because of the large number of complications associated with attaching a Canon lens to a Nikon body. Nikon's registry distance is longer than of any Canon registry, this means that any Canon lens would require corrective optics or become a close focus macro only lens. To further problems Canon's lenses have a larger diameter mount than that of Nikon, therefore an adapter would add another 10mm onto the backfocus, making it an even closer focusing macro only lens. Then to top it all off on the D60 you won't get any metering, as the lower end Nikon SLRs require a CPU in the lens to deal with exposure.
Technically however it is possible to adapt a FD mount to a Nikon F mount, there's a company that will machine one for you if you had the money and felt like it SRB-griturn (http://www.srb-griturn.com/slr-adaptors-for-any-lens-376-c.asp ) will be able to fabricate one. It won't do you much good because of the problems mentioned above though.
I'll tell you another thing, the FD mount is an annoying one, it's got an shorter registry than all current SLR mounts except for the Four Thirds, and Canon EF-S. So you would have to either get an Olympus and an adapter, or a Canon APS-C camera (and have the lenses converted - an expensive and time consuming process) to use your FD lenses properly).
