If you wanted to put this lens on a Nikon and on a Canon, then you could get it in Nikon mount and use a Nikon lens to EOS body adapter for the Canon. There's no way to put a Canon mount lens on a Nikon body, because the Canon mount is wider. The adapter would have to be one that has a mechanical aperture control switch in it.
The adapted lens will lack auto control, metering, and autofocus. Which is just as well, as the deficiencies in optical quality of this lens will be more noticeable on the 18 MP Canon 700D than the 14 MP Nikon D3100, and anyway, it would be idiocy to buy a Canon 700D body-only passing up the opportunity to buy the STM lens available as a kit, or to use the 18-200mm instead of the much better 55-250mm STM as your telephoto.
