Buying my first DSLR! Which should I choose?

I'm about to make the transition into the DSLR market from the compacts and I'm looking for some help in choosing a camera.

At the moment I've narrowed it down to four choices:

Nikon D5200 (I personally think i should go for this one because this one is in my budget)

Nikon D3200

Canon 650D

Nikon D90

What's most important to me is image quality. And 1080p video recording option

So, which do you think would be the best choice?

The d5200 & 3200 do not have built in focus motors so you only have auto focus with nikons af-s or sigmas hsm etc.
the d90 has a built in motor so you can buy older af lenses and be able to use auto focus

Of the Nikons you listed, the 5200 has several features the others don't, including the D7000. No articulating view screen and no in-camera HDR. I have a 5100 and I didn't think I would ever use those two features and while I don't use them a lot, there have been times when the screen was really handy and times when if I didn't have HDR, the photos would have been garbage. It wouldn't have mattered if even the D7000 was used, the contrasting portions of the scene was simply too high for a decent photo without HDR.

I'm sure the 3200 is a good camera, but like I said, it lacks some very useful features. The D90 is ancient by electronic and digital standards even though it is still a very competent camera. Some people like the feel of it and some of the pro style features, but no matter how you look at it, the sensor and processor are old school and behind times. That doesn't mean you can't still get a good photo with it, but you will get a lot more high ISO noise under low light conditions and with the newer Nikons. From what others have said, it seems the D90 produces the poorest quality video.

As for the Canon, I'm not familiar enough to comment.

Among all these three cameras, I want to suggest you Nikon D90 SLR camera. This camera price is Rs. 52, 590/- in India. It is the first cameras that support HD recording. This camera is an advanced digital single lens reflex (SLR) camera and is powered by a Nikon EXPEED processor. D90 has a 12.3 megapixel camera and it also has Scene Recognition System and Face Detection, which can detect up to 10 faces. In terms of connectivity, the camera supports USB 2.0 and HDMI.
