Best Ultra Wide Angle Lens for Nikon D3200?

I have a Nikon D3200 and I'm looking to get a wide angle lens for landscape photography. I was looking at the Rokinon 14mm Automatic Chip lens, but I'm just not sure what would be the best decision without spending thousands of dollars, because i don't have a job due to my age.

The two best ultra wide angle lenses for a DX camera in my view are the Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8 DX2 (make sure it is DX2 or it won't autofocus on your camera), or the Sigma 8-16mm f/4.5~5.6.
I own both of these lenses and can highly recommend them both. The Sigma is currently the widest non-fisheye lens you can buy for a DX camera, and I use it mostly for outside situations.
But the Tokina gets use inside (museums, etc) when I need it's lower light capability.
And ultra wide angle lenses are not just for landscapes. Try one for close ups and you will see dramatic new subject matter.

In my view, save your money and don't buy the Rokinon. At 14mm, it is not all that much wider than your 18-55mm kit lens.

I'll second what AWBoater said and add that the Rokinon in a cine lens. It's really designed to make films and video. It uses t stops rather than f stops, which will likely confuse you. And, its price point means that it probably isn't all that great since good cine lenses cost in the thousands of dollars.
