Best settings for Nikon D5000? - 2
When edit photos on the computer they look great but when I print them out they are distorted fuzzy and not very good quality. Is it from the shooting or I just haven't got my camera on the right settings? What are the best setting for my camera?
Depends on what you're shoot as to what settings you need to shoot at.
The first question is what size is the image you are editing and what size are you attempting to print at? If the image is cropped to 4x6 and you are attempting to print up to 8x10 then it's going to come out fuzzy and distorted.
That would be my first thing to check. Aside from that and not actually being able to see how you're editing and printing it's a hard question to answer.
Make sure your camera is set to high quality Jpeg or Raw, you need to be recording as many pixels as possible.
Your print problem could be because you have re-sized the picture or cropped heavily. The resolution should be in the low hundreds for print, if it's set at 72PPI that is screen resolution.
