There are no, 'Best,' settings, that's why the camera is adjustable.
It's down to trial and error, although experience will help.

There have NEVER been any "best settings" for a fully adjustable camera. It is up to you to use the cameras light meter to determine that.
If the colour saturation is not good enough for you, you can make adjustments using the shutter speed or lens aperture.
