Yes

The Nikon D7100 and D7200 cameras can use any of the Nikkor AF-S lenses used by your D70 as well as older Nikkor AF lenses

You can use 50 year old Nikon lenses on those cameras. My wife is using lenses from my 1974 model Nikon F on her D5100. You can use basically every F mount lens ever made (with a few possible exceptions). The full compatibility list can be found at www.nikonians.org

Yes. Nikon has had the same lens mount for more than 40 years. So any lens made by or for Nikon will attach to any camera. There are some issues with certain old lenses on specific bodies, and certain current lenses that won't AF on certain current bodies.

Nikon has a chart on their website showing which lenses are compatible with which bodies.

My first dslr was my beloved Nikon D70, and all the Nikon and 3rd party lenses for it have worked perfectly with my D7100. The D7100 can also work with any of the Nikon or 3rd party af lenses made for the Nikon 35mm slr film cameras, and are capable of full manual metering and focusing with any Nikon Ai or Ai-modified lens from years ago.
