Any suggestions for photo shooting this model?

Anything will help. I have to do outside shoots since I don't have studio. I'm using a nikon d3100 f1.8 / 50mm lens. I was thinking of more of a hip hop them. Any suggestions? It will be my very first time to shoot anybody actually. And I want to shoot her again after this date

She looks quite funky. I'd probably shoot her in a grungy area - derelict buildings, against graffiti walls, dark alleys. I'd tend to under expose the ambient & pick out her with an off camera flash - that hair would really pop!

A cityscape location or a field. Personally I'm a fan of flowy fabrics (but that's just me). Have her bring a variety of clothes so you can have different looks. You have an amazing lens on your hands and the model is very unique looking which can be a great turn out. Hope it goes well.
