1100d camera upgrade?

I currently have the canon 1100d. Here are my photo's. - https://www.facebook.com/...116&type=3

I want to upgrade to one of these 3 cameras, i'm not going any higher than £500 for just the body.
Nikon D3200
T4i/ canon 650d
Canon 60d

Or any other suggestions.

Which should i choose?

First I'd ask since you already have a Canon system why would you consider a Nikon. You'll end up buying new lenses and other equipment also - a heavy investment to be sure.

Second I'd ask why? You have an excellent camera not and obviously, judging from your photos, you know what you're doing with it, why not a new lens or two. Trust me a new body won't improve anything over what you're already doing… So what do you expect to gain?

Things to think about.

Why exactly do you want to "upgrade"? The 1100D does everything you want it to do, doesn't it? The newer bodies have many other features. Most of which you will never use!
The camera body is "just" a means of getting light on to the sensor; the fine quality of photos comes from the quality of optics in the lens. So think about investing in a couple of Canon L series lenses.
However, if you are intent on changing the body, it would make sense to go for another Canon where you can use your existing lenses. If you buy Nikon, you'll have to buy new lenses too.
