The d4o doesn't have interval shooting… But is there a way to set it to always be on 10 sec timer? If i'm in manual mode and select the shooting mode for 10 sec timer it only does it for one shot… Can i set it somewhere to do 10 sec timer all the time until i want to change it back?

Sorry, timer is a one time only setting. Not sure what you're trying to do. You can do intervalometer shooting if you use a program such as Nikon's Camera Control. There are non-Nikon programs out there which cost a fraction of Nikon's Camera Control and I think there's a free one out there too.

Another thing to investigate is using the ML-L3 IR remote. Push a button on the remote and the camera takes a picture.

I have a D40 and believe me, the remote control already mentioned is well worth the money
