DSLR in and out of humidity?

I plan on taking pictures with my DSLR (Nikon d 3200) in a high humidity environment.

I've done this before and put the camera in a zip lock bag and let it change temperatures so it won't fog up.

But my problem is that I want to take pictures at and outdoor shopping mall, in Florida. So the stores are very cold, and outside is very humid and I'll be moving in and out of stores pretty often. How would I go about doing this so my camera doesn't fog. I normally put it in the ziplock bag, but that takes 30min to 1hr to warm up so it won't fog, and I'll be moving in and out of stores constantly. What should I do?

For carrying my camera in extreme cold, I put handwarmer packs in my camera case.

I haven't experimented with your particular situation. (Southwest Idaho has low humidity.) It might work. Also have a clean cotton handkerchief to wipe off moisture.
Of course you probably won't find these in the stores in Florida, and even up north they may not be in stock this time of year.
Here is a reputable vendor:

Have you checked with the mall management? Many merchants have a no camera policy and can keep you out or throw you out. Even if they demand it, you do not have to delete your photos, but you do have to leave when told.

If you do get in, keeping the camera warm while you are indoors may be your best bet. I have shot a lot in Florida and never had a problem going from my air conditioned car to the outdoors.
