Does this Nikon camera sound good?

Screen size 2.7. For £70!

It's for a family camera.

I would suggest you upgrade to a better model. Also, what is the model number?
By the way, higher megapixel counts do not mean better images. It is a really good deal for the price. I'd say go for it.

Good price for the specs

The mega pixel and screen size is reasonable for the price but the zoom will only be good for short distance so if your only taking close up pictures it will be perfect if not look for one with a higher zoom number. Hope I helped.
