I know this isn't dpforums but… Practically, how does the D810 perform in lowlight? I don't need some DXO number bs. Setting? Dimly-lit street/park. Just about while the sun is setting or towards the end of sunset. In that situation, how would a D810 turn out photos at ISO3200? What is the highest acceptable ISO?

I use a Nikon D800e to shoot night football games and it performs very well at ISO 6400. This is important since I need to use shutter speeds of 1/500th second or faster and my lens is either a 300 mm f/2.8 or 200 mm f/2

What makes this camera standout from the D3s I sometimes use is that it has three times the pixels on its sensor and thus it is possible to crop into the frame without noticeable lack of detail The D750 actually is better than the D810 for low light/high iso shots. If you haven't considered the D750 yet, have a look into it! If low light is a priority, the lower resolution of the Nikon D750 gives it an advantage over the D810.
