Cheap Nikon dslr camera?

I want a Nikon dslr camera under 300 dollars that takes clear pictures. I haven't been able to find one. If you know about any please answer.
Oh and also I would like the camera to have a flash and record videos.

* NONE are cheap (cheap suggests that a product is of poor quality)
* You need to visit this website. Http://www.nikonusa.com/en/Nikon-Products/Digital-SLR-Cameras/index.page As you can see the lowest price dSLR costs $650 over twice your current budget.
* It does NOT matter how much you spend on a camera. How clear the photos are depends upon your skills, NOT the camera.
* As you can see, all dSLR cameras under $6, 000 has a built-in flash
NOTE: For those who want to use a still dSLR with a video feature, you need to know this

Nothing new at that price, but some people are selling their used ones at that price.

I wouldn't buy a used one that I hadn't tried, so maybe Craigslist.

A secondhand Nikon D40 or D70 should fit your need.

It is a good camera

Nikon d40 is a nice choice for bellow 300$. You can buy a used one from amazon or eBay. Although its 6.1MP and only has 3 focus point, It takes very nice pictures.

If you choose a good lens, 6.1 is enough and at least according to my experience, 3 focus point is not different from 9 or 11 points! You should focus and re frame for the corners even with more focus points.

At that price all you'll get is secondhand. The cheapest brand new is the D3100 if it's still available in stores.
