Can you interchange Minolta rangefinder lenses?
I have a Minolta Hi-Matic 11, and I want to change the lens. Is it possible?
You can't
You have a 35 mm film version of a P&S camera and its lens is permanently affixed to the camera
There are only a few rangefinder cameras which use interchangeable lenses and only two which are currently made.
Leica and Voigtlander are the two still being made.
Older versions can be found used (but at a high price) made by Nikon and Canon. Those rangefinders have become collector items and are difficult to find at an affordable cost
Use your favorite search engine and look for rangefinder cameras. KEH.com also has some used rangefinder cameras that may fit your budget
A Leica CL 35 mm or Voigtlander Bessa R4A rangefinder might be the most affordable ones that uses interchangeable lenses… Less than $600 for either body. Lenses however can put a real burden on your budget. Not on that model. Generally not on most models and brands of rangefinder camera, except those mentioned by Fhotoace.
