Can I still return my Nikon Camera to a Best Buy if I no longer have the box?
I have the 1 year warranty that came with the camera itself, and I also have the receipt of the purchase. It has been less than a year, but I'm wondering if I can still return it if I don't have the actual box that it came in.
You can return it for repair or better contact Nikon and send it directly to them for repair.
Have you given any thought to contacting THEM and asking THEM? THEY are the only ones that can give you a meaningful answer. Is it broken and you want to get it repaired or do you want to try to get your money back?
I don't think their return policy is much more than a couple of weeks.
No. To return anything it must have everything it came with in original condition.
Simply stated… No you can't return the camera!
Most places will not take back a camera if it is over 90 days and returned with everything it left the store with.
The 1 year warranty is only for camera breakdowns due to the manufacture of the camera. If you drop or otherwise damage the camera in any way there's no guarantee for that.
You can return it for repair if it is faulty but you can't return it for a refund 'cos you changed your mind.
