SD cards don't have set limits built into the hardware. If the biggest card when you got the camera was for example 1 Gb and there are now 64 Gb, your camera can still use it.

The manual WILL tell you if the camera s compatible with SDXC.

Oh, wow, 64Gb - how many hundreds of thousands of pics do you expect to take before being able to download them to a computer?! I presume you have lots of back-up drives for your computer.
