Best rings for a cz 550? And where can I get them?

Never had a cz before so I have no idea what rings I need. The rings need to fit a nikon monarch 4-16x42SF to a Cz 550 kevlar varmint in.22-250. I need to know what rings would work best and where I can get them, preferably from Utah.
Added (1). Rifle has an Integral base so I just need rings
