If you get it with a Nikon mount, it will work.

If it is a Nikon mount, it would fit. It is a poor choice of how to spend your money because:
It lacks autofocus on models like the D5200 that lack their own autofocus motor.
It lacks vibration reduction.
It's image quality is not very good at the longer focal lengths that were an enticement to get it. Amateur astronomers call making a bigger blur without capturing more detail "empty magnification".
The lower end of its zoom range is not very wide on a DX camera, so it is not a very versatile one-lens-solution.
"Macro" zooms are not very close "macros", and not very sharp for the closeness they get.

This might be a decent lens to put on a cheap used film SLR.
Buying it because it is cheap is not a bargain, because it puts you that much further away from getting enough saved for something good.

If the lens has NIKon mount available! It says so in the description. Maybe you should reread the description or look for a model that can be used on Nikon cameras. Most of the off lens MFG. Make units that fit the big 3! Canon, Nikon and Pentax. BUT the lens can't be used on all three models. They are model specific.

It would only if it has a Nikon mount. Sigma makes lenses for different camera brands so be very specific about the mount.

I'm not familiar with that lens but if you want to autofocus to work with your camera, make sure the lens you are buying has an internal focus motor because your camera doesn't.
