Where can i get a Cheap Nikon Camera at?
I've been desperately wanting a Professional camera, for a very long time but the prices on the nice, ones with adjustable lens and focus and the Very nice quality ones, for taking Professional photos, I love snapping photos and got so much complements on how good I'm, by just using my galaxy phone, but they're so expensive. I don't want a tiny camera, I want a nice professional one, either a Nikon or Canon, I don't care if they're (Knock offs ) as long as the quality is perfect, and it's almost all the same as the original, the range I would go in price is either 250$ or less. It's probably impossible I know.
Go to your local pawn show. They should have a nice camera someone pawned. N they sell it to you for cheap. And if you really want a nice camera… Save up.since you already have 250$ buy this one. Its just 100 $ more. I'm a kid from east la, n i saved up 100$ if i can do it you can do it.

New DSLRs start out at around $500. You can get refurbished ones for around $400, but they are older models (such as the Nikon D3000).
Otherwise you are looking used. Even then, $250 is closer to the bottom of the market in even used DSLRs. The thing is, while the camera tends to lose value, the lens does not - so you will be paying at least $100 for a lens - even used.
But a "professional" photograph consists of three things: Camera, Lens, and Photographer.
Of the three, the Photographer is the most important, followed by the lens, and finally the camera.
Check here for your local Craigslist. You'll be able to find older dslrs like Nikon D40, D50, or D70, or Canon Rebels for under $300. Be sure they come with a lens.
The good news is, that you can start off with a dslr like those, or other similar makes, and learn the skills needed for success. The lenses you acquire can be used with any newer camera body from the same maker in the future.

QUality costs money. Just because you have a "professional" camera doesn't mean you will take "professional" photographs just as wearing "professional" running shoes won't enable me to run the 100metres as fast as Usain Bolt!
DSLRs start at around $400 new. Thenyou need to budget for extra lenses, flashguns etc.
From what you say and from your budget the best option for you is a bridge camera.
