I'm 17 years old… When i was 13 i started learning Photoshop and i rally love all related to photography… I''m looking for a camera to start taking some professional pics…
i don't have so much money… I have from 400 to 450 to spend…
i have seen many options in ebay where i can get the camera with the accesories for that price and very good cameras like nikon and canon.
which one do you think would be a good one to start with that money?

I recommend the Canon TI series. Right now they are up to T4I, I have the T3I, and actually had the TI1.
if you purchase on-line, camera and outfit will be MUCH cheaper, however, if purchasing from a camera store you will get that one on one service, by camera store I don't mean Best Buy or Walmart lol.
Going back to your price range, you can find a T1I, maybe even a T3I at your price range.
Just keep in mind that the camera body is one thing, the lens are something else, and they can get pricey as well. Although there are options, like 3rd party lens manufacturers like Tamron.

If you have never had an advanced camera before, plan on spending some time learning the features and getting familiar with its many options. You will not be taking professional pictures all at once simply because you have a good camera.

I would suggest a visit to a store to handle several models for yourself. Canon, Nikon, Olympus, Pentax and Sony all make nice entry level dSLR cameras. $400 is on the low end of the price range, so you may want to look at used ones at B&H or KEH on-line. Here is the dpreview link to interchangeable lens cameras, which includes mirrorless and all levels of dSLR types:

Nothing wrong with buying from eBay if the feedback is good. Several reputable camera stores sell on eBay, including Calmeta. But beware the accessory kits that some vendors pair with the camera. Most of it is junk. What you need is the camera body and lens with all the accessories, strap, cords, software, warranty etc that come packed in the box from the factory, a good memory card or two, and perhaps an extra battery.

Have fun with your new camera, and happy shooting!
