What camera has a faster shutter speed?

I want a nikon or a canon but i don't know what one has a shutter speed

Frame per second is relevant to video cameras. Is it a video camera you're looking for?

All cameras have a shutter speed. Most all cameras - from compact cameras to DSLRs are capable of high shutter speeds.

However, you can't control the shutter speed in most compact cameras, and the effective shutter speed is going to be limited by the camera's high ISO quality, lens speed, and other factors.

And finally, I think you are confusing shutter speed with continuous shutter.

Shutter speed is the time duration that the shutter opens and closes for one individual photo. This can range from 30 seconds to 1/2, 000 sec or higher.

Continuous shutter is how rapidly a camera can take successive photos. These range from around 3~10 frames per second, however the Nikon1 series of cameras can do a ridiculous 60 frames per second (but it can only sustain that for 1/2 second).
