I have a macro lens?

I have a Nikon AF-S Micro Nikkor 85mm 1:3.5G ED, and I love it! But I want more magnification that i can add to it so I can get even closer to my Subjects… I heard there's a 1.4x telephoto add on that i can put on the micro lens, is this true? Or is there another adapter i need to buy…

The 1.4 telephoto is for making long lenses longer, ie 200mm becomes 280mm. There are macro tubes available, but image quality will suffer.

You will want to buy some extension tubes that electronically connect to your lens and camera

You don't want a teleconverter. You want an extension tube which looks like a teleconverter, but does not have glass in it (i.e.empty hole in the center).

Or a bellows.

No!

Don't get a teleconverter. It degrades picture quality. You will have better chances with a set of extension tubes made by Nikon itself.
