Inexpensive good cameras for vlogging?

I'm planning to start a Youtube channel and I was wondering what kind of cameras were good for vlogging. My budget is at most 150$ so that'll give you an idea. I would prefer Nikons or Canons. I want to try out the Canon Elph 300 but I want more options.

Nope. There's no such thing as good and inexpensive… It doesn't exist. Quality is never cheap.
You can buy a cheap camera for $150 but that's exactly what you'll get, cheap.

Good starts at about $500 and goes up. Camcorders are running about $300 if you only want video.
If you want both, you'll need more money.

You should buy a camcorder like Panasonic V100M. It has full HD feature.
