Good air rifle setup for $600?

I'm looking for an air rifle (I've had experience with them in the past, so I'm not new to airguns) that is PCP, as breakbarrels bore me. I have $600 to spend, and So FAR all I can find that is good quality is the Benjamin Marauder. That is $485 just for the gun, which really gives me no money left. After the gun, a Nikon scope would suit it. But after the scope, I have no money left. I would still have to buy a HPA tank and all that other stuff that goes with it (not to mention gas money to drive to a scuba shop for a refill). So my question is: what is a good air rifle that is PCP that I could spend my money on and still have money left over to buy a scope and a HPA tank (pumps don't fill the gun up completely, therefore I don't get as much power)?

Paging CF45… ( how old are you… Ever consider buying a real gun? $600 would go a long way… )

You can get a decent center fire rifle for $299 and a Ruger 10/22 for less than that.

The Benjamin Marauder is an excellent value, but like you said. By the time you add good scope and a HPA source. You're looking at $900+

.25 caliber Marauder - $479.97
S/H 80cu-ft steel SCUBA tank - $150
Hawke Airmax EV 4-12x50AO - $189.99
Air Venture SCUBA tank adapter and female foster quick disconnect - $97.45
You're in $917.41 just to start

I would recommend a.22 caliber Benjamin Discovery
Rifle + HPA pump - $399.99
Hawke 3-9x40AO Sport HD - $74.99
You're in $474.98, just add pellets and you're ready to roll
You don't really need the SCUBA or other HPA tank with the Discovery since it fills to 2, 000psi not 3, 000 or more. But if you wanted the HPA tank you could still buy the rifle, SCUBA tank + adapters and scope for just under your limit. I got it at around $583 total if you went that way.
