Any of the Nikon speedlights except the least expensive model. Read up on the features of each unit as only you will know what your feature needs are. Currently, I think the SB-910 and SB-700 are the only units Nikon is offering.

There's NO perfect flash. Each situation will require different lighting setups, so in some cases, you may just need three or four Nikon SB-910, SB-900, SB-800 or SB-700 flash units and use the Nikon Creative Lighting System to control them from the camera.

Or when shooting on location and need to light large areas, it may be that using 650 watt/sec studio flash units along the line parallel to the action plane is what is needed.

And of course it may be you need studio flash units when shooting fashion.

Only you can determine which flash unit type you really need.
