Yes, you can, but you have not described what lens, what size image you want, phase of moon, foreground objects, background stars, what use of the image.

Unlike most other astronomical objects, the Moon demands a short exposure. If you're just using your camera, zoom right in. If you're attaching it to a scope, you might try eyepiece projection to get a larger image scale than you would at prime focus.
